At Cloudline Journeys, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple for both our guests and our team.
This policy applies to tour bookings, jeep safaris, trekking experiences, sightseeing tours, wildlife tours, and other travel services booked through Cloudline Journeys.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled booking date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the scheduled booking date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking date, or guests who do not arrive for the tour, are non-refundable.
2. Booking Modifications
Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- One-time date modification is allowed free of charge, subject to availability.
- Additional changes may include a small administrative or operational fee.
- Changes requested less than 72 hours before the tour may not be possible.
3. Weather and Safety Conditions
Some tours, such as jeep safaris, sunrise tours, trekking experiences, and wildlife tours, may depend on weather, road conditions, forest department regulations, or safety-related factors.
If Cloudline Journeys needs to cancel or reschedule a tour due to safety concerns, extreme weather, road closures, government restrictions, or other unavoidable situations, guests will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule the tour at no extra cost
4. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, landslides, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, health emergencies, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, Cloudline Journeys may offer a full refund or rescheduling option depending on the situation.
We will always try to provide the most reasonable and guest-friendly solution possible.
5. No-Show Policy
If guests fail to arrive at the agreed pickup point or meeting location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway. In most cases, refunds may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in the guest’s account.
7. How to Cancel or Modify a Booking
To cancel or modify your booking, please contact Cloudline Journeys with your booking details, travel date, and guest name.
